Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@timetofuture.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Some Services let you connect third-party accounts (for example, a Community developer key, a LinkedIn profile, or a YouTube channel). You're responsible for complying with those third parties' own terms, and for the permissions you grant us to act on your behalf through those connections.

You agree not to use a Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or anything designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits or access controls, except as permitted by law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Use a Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that violates a connected platform's (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, Community) own policies.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through a Service (for example, posts drafted in Social Deck or messages sent through TTF Mail). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the Service — for example, to publish a post to a platform you've connected, or deliver an email you've sent.

Where a Service offers AI-assisted drafting, generated content is provided as a starting point. You're responsible for reviewing anything before it's published or sent, including its accuracy and compliance with any connected platform's rules.

Some Services connect to third-party platforms (such as Community, LinkedIn, YouTube, or OpenAI) at your direction and using credentials or API keys you provide or authorize. We aren't responsible for those third parties' availability, content, or policies. Where a Service uses your own API key (for example, an OpenAI key), any usage costs billed by that third party are your responsibility, not ours.

Some Services or plans may be offered for a fee, which will be disclosed before you're charged. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Free features may change or be discontinued at any time.

You may stop using a Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@timetofuture.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue a Service (or features of it) at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that a Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time to Future Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of a Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Service in the twelve months before the claim arose (or, for free Services, INR 5,000).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of a Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
